I am kind of relieved that it is Friday because I can sleep in tomorrow. I have been getting up early every morning to go to hot yoga which has been so amazing. I have noticed a huge improvement in my sleep and my over all stress levels.Today I am meeting my man friend for coffee in the afternoon and we are going to stroll around downtown. On Saturday I am going to take blog photos on my friends sail boat. He lives on a sail boat and offered to take me sailing. I have a cute nautical outfit planned for this look so stayed tuned to see next weeks photos.
