I love shopping at L’OCCITANE because everything is beautifully displayed and the air smells like the French countryside. I feel like a kid in a candy shop and I want to smell and try everything.

I was lucky enough to receive a few products from the  L’OCCITANE Immortelle collection including the face cream, cleansing oil and eye cream as well as the 28-day renewal program. I am a little apprehensive when it comes to spending this much money on skincare products especially when the face cream is over $100! The Immortelle face care collection has concentrated anti-aging properties of the legendary immortelle flower from Corsica, which never fades, even after being picked.

The first thing I noticed with these products is the strong scent that could bother people who have a sensitivity to fragrance. I didn’t mind the fragrance and found it to be very therapeutic especially before bed. I would be careful about getting the 28-day renewal oil in your eyes because it can burn. I loved the idea of a 28-day renewal program for my skin, but I found the price to be a little high for me especially since you can buy a bottle of the face oil for less. I enjoyed applying the oil capsules to my face every night, but I am not sure if I saw a significant difference at least not for $128. I would rather get a chemical peel for a quick fix or buy a bottle of the Immortelle Divine Oil to apply to my skin every night. Don’t get me wrong I enjoyed this product; I just think it is a little expensive for what it is, but if you have the budget and want to treat yourself to something nice I would say go for it.

I am a huge fan of cleansing oils because they work wonders on removing stubborn eye makeup and they don’t dry out my skin. I love this oil makeup remover because it removes all of my makeup and makes my skin so soft and smooth after.

I am obsessed with the Immortelle Divine face and eye cream because they are so moisturizing and make my skin feel so soft when I wake up in the morning. I find the beautiful scent to be therapeutic and helps me to feel relaxed before bed. I have been only using this cream at night because it is very rich. I would highly recommend it if you have dry skin, especially in the winter. If I had to choose between the two products, I would say to splurge on the face cream instead of the eye cream.

My only major cons with this line are the high price points, and the scent could be irritating to some skin types. Besides that everything is beautiful.
