Elizabeth just moved back to Boston after living in Houston for almost a decade and is stressing out about buying winter clothes that would be suitable for the sub zero climate on the East coast. Although it doesn’t get as cold out here on the West coast, I have still experienced my fair share of winter while living in Toronto. When it comes to buying a winter coat I like to invest in two different types of coats, this way I have options depending on the occasion. The first style of coat that everyone should own is a classic wool coat that you can dress up or down and secondly everyone should invest in a casual and practical coat to combat the elements. I know the second option doesn’t sound very fashionable but there are so many options out there that don’t make you look like the Michelin Man.
