PMD Personal Microderm, At Home Microdermabrasion, Review,

I have gotten professional microdermabrasion treatments in the past, and they are seriously expensive especially for one treatment. It is always recommended that you go back for several treatments to see the full results. First of all who wants to spend upwards of a thousand dollars and all the time it takes to go to the appointments when you can get the same results right in the comfort of your own home. I have been so busy these days I honestly don’t even have time to book a spa appointment let alone give up an afternoon to go there. I love the idea of giving myself an at-home microdermabrasion treatment. I initially got microdermabrasion treatments because I was suffering from acne at the time as well as hyperpigmentation from the acne scarring. I have since managed to combat that problem, but now I still suffer from hyperpigmentation and fine lines.

The PMD is so easy to use all you have to do is insert the disk and then screw on the top. You can watch the full instructional video on the website. Once you have your machine set up and plugged in all you have to do is wash your face and then apply the device to your clean, dry skin. It took me less than ten minutes to go through the entire process, and it was pain-free. It is recommended that you use the white discs for ultra-sensitive skin when you start out and then work your way up to a coarser disc. I probably should have listened to the instructions, but I decided to use the grey disc which is the next set up and felt the results immediately. My skin was a little red, but it settled down once I applied the PMD Balancing Toner followed by the Anti-Aging Recovery Moisturizer. The moisturizer worked so well for dry skin and helped soothe and calm my skin down post-treatment. I love that the products are free of parabens, sulfates, fragrance as well as being cruelty-free.

When I woke up the next day my skin was insanely soft and smooth, I also noticed that it has been soft and radiant for days now. After a few weeks, I noticed that my skin tone was more even and smooth. My pores are smaller, and the hyperpigmentation along my jawline from acne scarring has since faded. My skincare products have been working more effectively and can absorb properly now that my skin is being exfoliated. My foundation goes on so smoothly now, and I don’t have to wear as much makeup when I leave the house. When I go out, I just throw on a tinted moisturizer and some blush instead of applying a full face of makeup. I am so happy with the results and love how amazing my skin looks and feels.

You only have to use the PMD Personal Microderm once a week, and you are on your way to smoother, softer, brighter, younger-looking skin. With a reduction in the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, blemishes, dark spots and hyperpigmentation.
