Merry Christmas and happy holidays everyone! Last Friday Andrew and I went to The Fairmont Empress to enjoy some of the holiday festivities available at the hotel. We first started out with S’Mores on the veranda followed by festive Season of Joy Drinks in The Q Bar and Veranda. The hot chocolate buffet was fantastic, and you could add as much whipped cream and chocolate as you wanted. By the time I had my hot chocolate I was in such a sugar coma, I could barely eat my S’Mores.

After we overindulged on chocolate, we made our way into the Q bar and enjoyed some Season of Joy Cocktails and a Charcuterie & Cheese platter featuring local & artisanal and crostini. It is such a lovely place to enjoy all of the lights in the inner harbour and experience a festive Christmas atmosphere. The Season of Joy Drinks is available until January 2nd.
