When it comes to vintage fashion I don’t gravitate towards any specific decade I buy what I like and mix all decades. My green dress is a vintage silk Liz Claiborne dress from the 1980s, but I styled it as a 1960s dress by wearing it with my retro 1960s brocade shoes and beret. It might not look the 1960s to some people, but for some reason, the drop gathered waist reminds me of something Audrey Hepburn would have worn in Breakfast at Tiffany’s. The broad shoulders, however, remind me of the 1940s, so I guess this dress is all over the map. I love combining different decades to create my vintage look. My other dress is a fun, and colorful 1960s dress, and I styled it with that bright orange bag to look an extra pop of color. I created a YouTube video if you want to learn more about these two outfits. Don’t forget to subscribe to my channel.
