I a few weeks ago it was so cold here that all of the water fountains in front of the parliament building froze. It was stunning to look at because they reminded me of ice sculptures. You can see them behind me in these photos and in the picture of me capturing the fountain with my iphone. This floral dress is the perfect winter transitional piece because of the high neckline and darker floral print. I am happy that it has warmed up now because it was severely painful trying to take photos wearing spring clothes in below zero temperatures. Now it seems that the sun is starting to set later and the sun drops are blooming.
