Hello, lovelies
Since everyone seemed to enjoy my first Sharon Tate video, I decided to create another video to talk about her favorite beauty products that she used to create her iconic makeup look. I also wanted to discuss her sense of style because she was light years ahead compared to other people in the 1960s. Even though she was popular in the 1960s, her look was very 1970s with her taste in fashion. She had a beautiful and natural look that represented that relaxed California girl. I created a Sharon Tate inspired look by using the same beauty products she used on her eyes and some newer versions of her favorite soft pink lipstick shade. She always put an emphasis on a natural face with a bronzed sun-kissed glow, so I wore a light foundation and highlighted my features with bronzer. I added a large amount of brown liner to emphasize this look for the camera. I quite like the natural Almay lip colors in contrast to the bold eyes. I watched a video on Youtube featuring Sharon Tates sister discussing how she did her makeup as a source of inspiration for this video. I also found this black shift dress from Shein that reminded me of Sharon Tate because she loved darker tones and sheer sleeves. I am excited to continue with this series and try new makeup looks inspired by Old Hollywood. Let me know if you have any suggestions.
