I hope everyone had a great long weekend! I can’t believe it is already September, this summer went by so fast. I managed to stop by the Lake this weekend and did an impromptu photo shoot with my mom. I didn’t go swimming but it was very tempting, I have to admit that I didn’t go swimming all summer long. The only time I went to the beach or the lake was to take photos for my blog. I am not huge on sun tanning and would rather do active things outdoors instead of sun bathing on the beach all day. Hopefully next summer I will make the plunge into a body of water.

I know that fall is just around the corner but it still feels like summer here. The weather has been so nice lately that I can’t even think about wearing heavy wool sweater and rain boots. Over the weekend I went out to the country to visit an orchard, it was so nice to pick my own apples and bring home baskets of fresh berries.
