I am so excited because all of the cherry blossoms are starting to bloom which means spring is on its way. The first phase of cherry blossoms are dark pink like the ones in these photos and the second phase are the really fluffy light pink blossoms that look like cotton candy. The fluffy light pink ones are my favourite because they make the air smell sweet and when the blossoms fall to the ground they turn everything pink.

When I walk into a clothing store I  look for items that are colourful and printed with a vintage flare.  I always find it to be a fun challenge to pull a look from a store like Old Navy and create an outfit that is completely your own style. I feel like this could be a challenge on a reality television show, where you have 30 minutes to pull a look from a specific store that reflects your own personal style. Sometimes I just have to grab a whole bunch of items at once and style them once I get home. I don’t like to try on clothes in the store because I tend to get flustered and I like to take them home to see how they work with my current wardrobe. I have a rolling rack in my bedroom that I use specifically for styling outfits. I use this as a way to configure different looks for my upcoming blog posts. I know this might sound kind of nerdy but I get seriously excited when I come up with a new outfit combination.
