We were supposed to have this crazy typhoon over the weekend so everyone was freaking out acting like it was the end of the world but nothing happened. On Saturday afternoon the winds picked up and there was some rain but nothing serious. I was assuming that it was going to keep getting worse as the storm got closer but literally nothing happened. The storm was supposed to hit landfall at around midnight and when that time came around the skies were clear and I could see the stars. I am assuming that the storm must have just missed us which is kind of relief because I didn’t want the power to go out.  I don’t think I will be listening to the news anymore when it comes to the weather because they were so off with this one. They literally went on for days warning people and called it the storm of the century. On Sunday once the sun finally came out Andrew and I were able to get out and enjoy the nice weather and take some photos. This sweater from Chic Wish makes me so happy because of the cute pom-poms along the hemline. I have honestly never seen anything quite like it and I seriously love it! The hemline makes a rather simple sweater look so interesting and acts as a great conversation starter. What are your thoughts on the pom-poms?
