Hello lovelies, since I just saw the new Judy Garland biopic called Judy, I felt inspired to do a video about Judy Garland’s favorite products you can still buy today. 

Judy Garland was born on June 10th, 1922, and passed away on June 22, 1969. She was an American actress, singer, and dancer. Her career lasted forty-five years and received critical acclaim. 

Perfume: 

Judy Garland wore the fragrances Carven Ma Griffe Parfum and Carnation perfume. 

Carven Ma Griffe:

Mrs. Carven created in 1946 a fresh, dashing, very flowery fragrance while remaining classic with a touch of haute couture. 

Its name imposed itself quite naturally. It would bear the name of Madame Carven’s signature dress of simple green and white striped cotton: Ma Griffe.

A legendary fragrance inspired by Madame Carven’s favorite flowers: Gardenia, Jasmine, and Rose.

It is classified as a floral fragrance for women. Made use of the chemicals iso eugenol, eugenol, salicylates, and vanillin.

Lux Toilet Soap:

 The brand was founded by the firm Lever Brothers, now known as Unilever, in 1899. The name changed from “Sunlight Flakes” to “Lux” in 1900, a Latin word for “light” and suggestive of “luxury.” Lux toilet soap was launched in the United States in 1925 and the United Kingdom in 1928.
