I have been dying to try the new L’Oreal Bright Reveal line for a while now because I suffer from oily acne prone skin that seems to flare up during certain times of the month on my jaw line. I have tried every skincare line under the sun, and this Bright Reveal line is a fantastic value. I have been using this line for a little over a week now, and my skin has never looked better. My skin is softer, brighter and my acne scars are fading. I would consider this line to be a high-end beauty dupe of the Kate Somerville RetAsphere Retinol Glycolic Treatment. I have been using the Kate Somerville RetAphere for a while now and always dread buying it because of the high price point, but now I have found a viable alternative.

L’Oreal Bright Reveal consists of 3 key ingredients:

1 – Powerful Glycolic

Increases cell turnover by gently exfoliating away dull skin, dark spots, and rough texture.

2 – Potent Vitamin CG

A powerful antioxidant that prevents melanin production which causes dry skin and dark spots.

3 – Pro – Retinol

An advanced form of Vitamin A stimulates cell turnover to minimize fine lines and uneven skin tone.

This facial scrub is fantastic value for the price, and I have been using it every night before bed. I find it to be a little overpowering to use it twice a day, so I usually use it in the evenings. I was worried that this face cleanser would make my skin super dry and irritated, but it feels soft and smooth after.

I was a nervous to try these pads because I thought that they would dry out and irritate my skin. I have used high-end glycolic pads from  Sephora, and these are way better for one-third of the price. It suggests that you use them morning and night, but I only use them at night before bed after I wash my face. These pads have been a game changer for me and helped to exfoliate all of my dead skin without drying or irritating it.

This moisturizer is one of the best high-end beauty dupes that I have ever tried! I mentioned earlier that it is a knock off of the Kate Somerville RetAsphere night cream for less than half the price. This moisturizer is a great multi-tasker for someone who is looking for a nightly pick me up who suffers from acne scars and dull skin.

Glycolic Acid and Retinol can cause your skin to be sensitive to the sun, and this works great during the day because it has SPF 30  while still brightening my skin.
