I saw Birdman last night and I must say that it is definitely a unique film. The acting was flawless and the steadicam work reminded me of a Stanley Kubrick film. I also loved 21 Grams and Babel which are both directed by Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu. I am really excited to hear this years Golden Globe nominations that will be announced on December 11. I have short list in my head of what I think will be nominated so it should be interesting to compare notes.

Sorry I cannot compare notes, I haven’t seen any of these films, been kind of occupied lately. The only USA films that I saw this year (that I can think of) are Frozen and Interstellar…but I did like both of them. Birdman sounds interesting and I think I heard people mentioning it.
