Last Friday Andrew and I headed over to Vancouver for the night to watch The Deighton Cup on Saturday. I have always wanted to attend The Deighton cup because it is known to be quite the fashion event. I love attending events where people dress up and go over the top with bow ties and fascinators so when I was invited to attend I jumped on the opportunity. I decided to go to Le Chateau to pick out my outfit because they have the cutest floral dresses and straw hats that are perfect for this event. I am absolutely in love with my floral dress from Le Chateau because of the cape like effect on top as well as the beautiful back details. I also love the color combinations of peach, pink and pale green. I have been on the hunt for a straw hat with a bow on the back all summer, and I was thrilled to find this one at Le Chateau, it looks so vintage, and I love how the back folds up. I honestly haven’t shopped at Le Chateau in ages, and I used to be obsessed with it in high school, but now I think I will shop there more often because I love how the clothes fit and the quality is nice. Everything fits true to size and isn’t super short or pulls in the wrong direction. I find the clothes to be comfortable, feminine and sophisticated.
