Top c/o Shein (similar) – Skirt c/o Unique Vintage 

These photos were taken on my last day in Phoenix by my aunt and uncles pool with Gizmo. I have been saving this skirt in my closet for a few months now because I thought it would be perfect for the Arizona landscape. My aunt was telling me all about route 66 because she drove it from Illinois all the way to Phoenix and is it a dream come true for anyone who loves vintage motels and midcentury American culture. I started doing research online, and now I am dying to take a road trip from Chicago all the way down route 66 to Los Angeles. It looks like it would be such a fun road trip and you could stay in vintage motels all along the way. Hopefully, I will be able to cross this off my bucket list in the future.
