Hello lovelies, I have been slowly collecting Vintage Avon catalogs from the 1940s, 1950s, and the 1960s because I love all of the old illustrations and vintage packaging. My oldest Avon catalog dates from 1947 – 1953 and includes all of the lipstick swatches available in that period. Since I have an extensive collection on Avon lipstick, I thought it would be fun to try and match up the colors to see if you can still buy any of these lipstick colors today. I was so surprised because I matched up so many lipsticks from the late 1940s with modern-day colors. I linked them all below, starting with the modern color and the vintage color that matches it. I noticed that there is a wide variety of nail polish colors that I would also love to match. Let me know if you are interested in finding out more colors that are still available.
Leave me a tip; all proceeds go to buying products for future videos.
