I was so excited to get these Marc by Marc Jacobs Sunglasses in the mail from SunglassesShop  because they are everything I wanted and more. I am obsessed with the pale pink colour and the retro shape. I know that I will wear them all the time because they go with all of my outfits and match my vintage style. This vintage inspired Barbara Gerwit dress ended up matching perfectly with the sunglasses and my pink coat. I feel like I should be hanging out with Meghan Draper in L.A wearing this look. For this weeks watercolour illustrations I decided to practice drawing the actual garments and accessories instead of drawing myself wearing the clothes. It took me a while to illustrate the print on this dress but I had a lot of fun drawing it on my dress form. I feel like a kid when I take the time to illustrate every week and find the whole process to be so rewarding and relaxing.
