I was attacked by seagulls twice during this photo shoot and now I feel so traumatized by this experience , I don’t think I  will ever go back to the marina to feed the seals. I have been down to the marina several times to feed the seals and I have never had this problem before. I was holding out the fish bait to feed to a seal and a seagull flew out of no where and grabbed the fish right out of my hand and took my finger with it (well at least it felt like that). It was really hard to take these photos after the first attack because I could hear the seagulls swooshing down over my head ready to attack. The second time a seagull swooped down and grabbed my entire bag of bait directly from my hand. I saw another seagull grab a sandwich right out of a little girls hands which made her cry uncontrollably. I felt like people where laughing at me when the seagull attacked but I was actually pretty traumatized and freaked out. I guess looking back it is kind of funny and my reaction was probably priceless.
