If you follow me on Instagram and Snapchat, you may have noticed that I went to Vancouver over the weekend. We left early on Friday morning and arrived back to Victoria last night. I love going to Vancouver because the shopping is so much better than Victoria. I usually don’t end up buying a lot of stuff, but I love looking at places like Nordstrom for inspiration. I wander around the shoe department picking up Gucci and Charlotte Olympia shoes fantasizing. If I owned a pair of expensive Gucci shoes, I would probably be too scared to wear them outside of the house out of fear of destroying them. Some of those shoes look like precious works of art, and I would be terrified of stepping into a puddle. The Sephora on Robson Street is off the hook. I was like a kid in a candy store in there trying all of these samples. I especially loved the perfume section because they carry so many unique fragrance lines that I have never tried before. Andrew got some mini samples of Tom Ford cologne which I love because one smells like tobacco and the other dirty leather. Even though we had a great time I am happy to be home now. It was so cold while we were there and it started snowing like crazy on Sunday. When we got off of the ferry in Victoria, there was no snow, and the weather felt a few degrees warmer.
