Yesterday my mom and I made a quick day trip over to Port Angeles to pick up a few packages from my mail box. I haven’t left the island for a while so I persuaded my mom to take the ferry over with me and hit up this yummy vintage style diner called Corner House on the way back. We only had two hours to get the packages and unfortunately had to get our cheeseburgers to go and eat them on the ferry. This diner has some crazy deals like $1 beers and all you can eat spaghetti night. I think the guy at the border thought we were kind of crazy because when he asked why we were coming to visit and our response was to have lunch. I guess most people don’t travel an hour and a half by boat to have a cheeseburger.

      It is kind of a pain getting on and off because you have to either take a ferry or fly. I am used to it now and it is really pretty and peaceful
