Yesterday I tried to go to hot yoga in the morning but I couldn’t get in because the class was at capacity. I guess everyone in the city had the same idea as me. It all worked out in the end because I decided to try swimming lengths at the pool with my mom instead. I am surprised how good of a work out swimming is and how sore my muscles are today; I am pretty sure I used muscles that I didn’t even know existed. I decided that I am going to invest in a bathing cap and some goggles and start going a few days a week with my mom. I have been meaning to see The Martian ever since it came out and I am finally going to go see it in the IMAX tonight with Andrew. It is supposed to be really good, have you seen it?

I still can’t imagine that I’d enjoy hot yoga, but I suppose on a chilly day it’d be perfect. I, too, am always surprised at how much I enjoy swimming and how sore I am after doing laps!
