I have been struggling with my skin lately and can’t seem to get to the bottom of it. I was feeling pretty desperate so I decided to try reading this booked called Skin Cleanse. I found this book to be a real eye opener and started to make me think about the ingredients in all of my beauty products. This book is written by the founder of S.W. Basics who was a holistic health coach and personal trainer who worked one-on-one with clients to help them clean up their diets, improve their workouts, and simplify their skincare routines. Skin Cleanse is basically that program in a book. You will get an eye-opening look at how the beauty industry has turned us into product junkies. I can admit that I am a product junkie and I always will be one. Now I am able to buy the right type of skin care and understand the ingredients. Since reading this book I have changed my diet and my skincare routine and have noticed a nice change in my complexion. This book is also really cool because they have a DIY skin recipe section at the back.
