I have decided to take up hot yoga again starting with a class today. I used to go almost everyday when I was living in Vancouver and I forgot how much I missed going. I find that it really helps me relax and cope with stress. Yesterday my brother said that he signed up for a membership and it got me thinking that I should join too. I go on a long walk everyday but I think the deep stretching will take things to the next level.
