Hello lovelies, I hope everyone had a great weekend! Today is a mini collaboration with my vintage blogger friend who lives in Ireland. We started chatting on Instagram and became friends because we both share a love for all things vintage. Karen has the cutest blog called A Little Vintage Lady where she talks about vintage fashion, decor, beauty and travel so be sure to check it out. Karen wrote a mini questionnaire for me to answer and she answered the same questions that I will be sharing on tomorrows blog post along with photos of her in a cute floral Lindy Bop dress. We both decided to choose cute spring dresses from Lindy Bop for this collaboration and I decided on this sweet Alice and Wonderland themed dress.
Q&A
1. Tell me a little bit about yourself (where you are from, what do you blog about, etc.)
I am from Victoria, BC Canada. I love to blog about vintage fashion as well as make vintage haul videos on YouTube.
2. What is your favorite era and why?
I love the 1950s and 1960s because of the feminine silhouettes and floral prints. I also love Mad Men and the show Feud which reminds me of those decades.
3. What is your favorite piece of vintage clothing and why?
I love my vintage coat collection because I know that no one else has the same coats and they are so warm and chic.
4.What piece of clothing, shoes or accessory do you dream to have in your wardrobe?
I would love a pair of Charlotte Olympia Cat flats because I love cats.
5. Where would you like to travel to next?
It has always been my dream to travel to Paris and hopefully I can travel there in the next few years. I think it would be so inspiring to go there and visit Versailles. I would also love to travel to Ireland to visit Karen.
6. You’re a new addition to the crayon box. What color would you be and why?!
This is an interesting question. I would be a pink crayon because it is my favorite color and my cat’s name is Pinky haha.
7. What do you like to do when you are not blogging?
When I am not blogging I am thrift shopping and looking for Antiques; I also love to watch movies and hang out with Andrew and my cat Pinky.
