I was so thankful that my dad was willing to loan me his chic vintage inspired Pashley bike for this photoshoot. I got my current bike for my 29th birthday at Toys R Us (yes they sell adult bikes), but it is kind of ugly and not as nice as my dads. After looking at the Pashley website I decided that I am going to save up for one and then I can use my Mia Melon Commuter Jacket to bike around Victoria in the winter. I always love riding my bike in the summer time but tend to stop in the winter because it gets so cold and damp here but now I can give it a whirl with my weather proof jacket. This jacket has so many features including: fold over cuff with reflective details, 2 way zipper, detachable hood & underarm vents, weatherproof cotton shell and a micro fleece lining. The hood can be worn under helmet for warmth & protection from rain. Designed in Portland, OR.
I actually might wear this jacket out tonight because I am going to Evil Acres with Andrew; last year I almost froze to death waiting outside in a thin trench coat and ballet flats. This year I am going to be prepared by wearing rain boots and my weather proof coat with a warm cashmere sweater. I am pretty terrified to go in this haunted house because they use live actors and I almost cried last year because I was so terrified.
