NuFace Mini Facial Toning Device, B-Glowing

NuFace Mini Facial Toning Device c/o b – glowing

If you don’t already know I am pretty quick to jump onto the newest fads when it comes to skin care products and devices. I was an early adopter with the Clarisonic and have been using it almost everyday for over 7 years now and I swear by it. When I found out about the NuFace Mini Facial Toning Device I was eager to try it out and share my results with everyone. I have been using NuFace for about 2 months now 3 – 4 days a week for 5 minutes at a time. My facial muscles and over all skin tone weren’t bad before I started using NuFace so I wasn’t expecting to see any significant changes. I did notice a slight lift in the laugh lines around my mouth and around my eye area and an overall improvement in my skin tone. Andrew even mentioned to me yesterday that my skin looked really nice and clear. I don’t really have the budget to go get facials on a regular basis so I find this to be a nice alternative to pricey procedures like botox or chemical peels. This device pays for itself in one use because it costs as much as one facial at a high end spa. I treat the NuFace Mini as a work out routine for my face because it stimulates all of my facial muscles using FDA – cleared micro current technology . There is a video demo on the B-Glowing website explaining how to use the device. It is really simple and easy to use with no pain or down time.

“This portable toning device gently stimulates the larger surface areas of the face to provide a 5-minute facial-lift. In the same way we strengthen muscles throughout our body to improve tone, the NuFACE® mini uses microcurrent technology to gently and effectively stimulate your skin – improving your appearance. Simply glide the NuFACE® mini over the contours of the face for skin that looks higher, tighter, almost gravity-defying. Cheekbones and jawline look lifted, sculpted and sleek. Eyes look open, brows look more “arched.” You get immediate, instant results, which improve cumulatively with continued use.”

What is Microcurrent Technology?
“Microcurrent Technology is the same technology used in top spas and medical offices across the country. It is the only aesthetic treatment available for facial toning. Like other successful beauty treatments, microcurrent therapy started as a medical treatment and was first used to treat patients with atrophied facial muscles. NuFACE® Microcurrent Devices are the only FDA-cleared handheld facial toning devices. Microcurrent is known to: Increase product penetration by 47% – so you will love your NuFACE serums even more. Increases ATP (new cell growth) by 500%, which means good for acne skin, rosacea, and hydration. Increases collagen and elastin to reduce crow’s feet, dark circles and brings back the “bounce” to your skin. Medical offices often use after a peel or microdermabrasion to reduce redness. Recently written up in Elle magazine Microcurrent is “Botox’s New Best Friend”.
